Professor Williams named 2021 ISSOL Fellow

Professor Loren Williams, the Director and Principal Investigator of the Center for the Origin of Life (COOL), was named a 2021 Fellow of the International Society for the Study of the Origin of Life (ISSOL). ISSOL, the international Astrobiology organization, has named a very small number of Fellows every three years since 1980. Fellows are chosen based on 'exceptional and sustained contributions to the origin of life and/or astrobiology through scientific research, educational activities, or service to the Society or to the [international] scientific community.' Congratulations, Professor Williams!
