ProteoVision, a webserver for visualization of phylogenetic and structural information about ribosomal proteins in multiple dimensions, is now public. ProteoVision's viewers allow users to represent multiple sequence alignments, secondary structures, three-dimensional structures, and amino acid frequencies of proteins. ProteoVision complements the previously established ribosomal RNA visualizer, RiboVision. Development of ProteoVision was led by Petar Penev, Loren Williams and Anton Petrov.
